Overview
During the program tenure, interns will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will have the opportunity to develop specific skills as well as develop an industry network to further their professional network.
Description
Interns will be working for a team within the company and the project will accommodate skill-building opportunities by engaging them with different teams to furnish their working experience.
Throughout the program, interns will be placed with different teams and offered a leadership opportunity under a controlled environment ensuring success. There will be day-to-day training, mentorship, and support from experienced professionals, as well as exposure to the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Interns will be expected to contribute to the team’s projects and deliverables and will have the opportunity to present their work to senior leaders at the end of the program. In addition, interns will participate in workshops, networking events, and other activities designed to help them develop their communication skills, build their networks, and gain a plethora of knowledge within the innovation and technology landscape.
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants should have a strong personality with problem-solving and a can-do attitude. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and most of all be team players.
At Astha IT we prefer skills over pedigree. Candidates who are pursuing or having recently completed a degree in any field are welcome but it is not limited to that. The right person with the right attitude is also welcome to join the ever-growing team.

Program Details:
Office Hours: 10am -6pm
Remuneration: 7,000 – 15,000 (BDT).
Program Mode: On-premise / In-office.
Sales Intern
Experience: Not required. Monthly Salary: BDT. 15,000.
Social Media Marketing Intern
Experience: Not required. Monthly Salary: BDT. 15,000.
